Acceptable Usage Allowance and Service Terms -- Applies to all Rate Plans
Activation fee may apply. Up to $200 early termination fee may apply. On January 1, 2010, SouthernLINC Wireless implemented a declining balance Early Termination Fee structure. This declining Early Termination Fee only applies to new lines of service and to existing commercial customers who extend their service agreements after January 1, 2010. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy. Blackberry® Curve™ 8350i Smartphone $150 Mail-In Rebate - Terms and Conditions
1. Offer valid only with the purchase and activation of a BlackBerry® Curve™ 8350i smartphone (the “Unit”) with a 2-year customer agreement with SouthernLINC Wireless and activation of a qualifying voice plan with BlackBerry data. 2. Offer valid for purchases made through March 31, 2010, or while supplies last. 3. Rebate forms must be postmarked no later than April 30, 2010, and received by May 14, 2010. 4. The Unit must be purchased from a SouthernLINC Wireless sales representative, retail store, online or authorized dealer. 5. Limit one rebate per purchase and per wireless number and activation or qualified equipment upgrade of a RIM device. 6. Offer not valid on repaired or replacement RIM device. 7. Service activation requires standard credit approval. 8. Purchased Unit must remain activated and account must be current for at least 30 days to qualify for offer and must be active on the qualified voice plan with BlackBerry data at the time your request is processed to be eligible. 9. SouthernLINC Wireless products cannot be returned once the rebate fulfillment formhas been submitted. 12. Rebate submission must include this rebate form completed in its entirety, original product label with IMEI number and PIN number, and photocopy of the original purchase receipt, or information submitted will be void. Photocopies ormechanical reproductions of the product label will not be accepted. 13. If requesting more than one rebate, you must complete a separate rebate form for each request. 14. SouthernLINC Wireless reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice. 15. Valid only in the United States. Maximum monthly plan is $99.99. Two-year contract required for PowerTALK 300 and PowerTALK 500. One-year contract required for all other PowerTALK Service Plans. Family Plans
Two-year contract required on all plans. $35 per line activation fee applies. $35 activation fee for the fourth line is waived provided all lines are on the same order on the same day. $200 per line early termination fee applies. Budget Manager Plan
One-year contract required. Anytime Cellular Calling Limit of 500 minutes per month applies. $35 activation fee and $200 early termination fee may apply. Subject to credit approval. Automatic Payment Program may be required for Budget Manger Plan and all lines of service on the same master account. Maximum of three lines of service with the Budget Manager Plan can be added to the same master account. Payment will be deducted monthly from your bank account or credit card. Termination of service may occur immediately without notice for non-payment through the Automatic Payment Program. Taxes not included. Anytime Cellular Minutes include calls that originate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Nationwide Cellular Plans
Two-year contract required for Nationwide 275. One- or two-year contract required for all other Nationwide Plans. Push to Talk will only work in the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. There is no nationwide coverage for Push to Talk. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless’ acceptable use policy. There is no additional roaming charge for cellular calls made while in the SouthernLINC Wireless Nationwide Cellular Area. Roaming minutes will come out of anytime nationwide cellular minutes. Roaming indicator on phone will come on outside of SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area but it should not affect your rate scheme. All minutes will come out of the subscriber’s bucket of Anytime Cellular Minutes and are rounded to the next minute of each call. Push to Talk minutes are rounded to the next second. Once a subscriber’s cellular minutes are depleted, additional Anytime Cellular Minutes will be $0.40 per minute.

Unlimited Cellular Plans
Unlimited cellular minutes includes calls that originate and terminate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Long Distance or Roaming charges may apply for calls outside the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Two-year service agreement or contract extension for qualified customers. Usage rounded to next full minute. Subject to credit approval, customer agreement, certain restrictions and permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy.

Prepaid Unlimited Daily Plan
Unlimited services only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with the SouthernLINC Wireless acceptable use policy. Customer’s cellular phone must be compatible with the SouthernLINC Wireless network. A Prepaid Agreement is required. Starter fee and positive balance required. The $2.50 daily fee is only assessed on the days you send or receive Push To Talk or cellular calls or text messages. Taxes not included. You must maintain a positive prepaid balance in order for your prepaid service to remain active. Cost for directory assistance, digital content and downloads not included. Nationwide Long Distance includes calls which terminate inside the United States and Canada. Roaming outside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area is not available.

10¢ Cellular Prepaid Plans
A one-time starter fee and positive prepaid balance required. $1.25 daily fee is only accessed on the days you Push to Talk. $0.10/minute for all cellular airtime. Airtime rounded to next full minute. Subject to additional terms and conditions. You must maintain a positive Prepaid balance in order for your Prepaid service to remain active. Costs for digital content and downloads not included. Nationwide Long Distance includes calls which terminate inside the United States and Canada.

PAYGO Prepaid Cellular Plans
The $1.50 daily fee is only assessed on the days you Push to Talk or place/receive a cellular call. $0.20/minute for weekday cellular calls. A one-time starter fee payment is required. You must maintain a positive Prepaid balance in order for your Prepaid service to remain active. Cost for digital content and downloads not included. Weekday cellular minutes are defined as Monday through Friday 7am to 8:59pm. Nights are defined 9pm to 6:59am and Weekends are 9pm Friday to 6:59am Monday. Nationwide Long Distance includes calls which terminate inside the United States and Canada. Subject to additional terms and conditions.

Prepaid Plus Cellular Plan
